MAHA AA16: Northern Nigerian and Arabian culture - Celebrated through Fashion, Entertainment, and Art
The AREWA-ARAB 16 show:
Previous involvement with Abuja fashion week and various events in the UK, Malaysia and Turkey led to the creation of this two-day event. A fusion of both Nigerian and Arab culture, the AA16 show will be an exciting and integral element of our event in which Maha will showcase traditional themed performances both on the runway and through other art forms.
Featuring designers from Nigeria and beyond, the AA16 show will be an intricate display of creative talents threaded through these two rich and exciting cultures. As well as fashion, the show will also consist of traditional music performances, an art auction of beautiful calligraphy pieces and even more entertainment. Both events across the two days will be hosted at the Meena Event Center, which has played host to a variety of events within the city.
